When booking or purchasing this course, you understand that the specific training date is scheduled after forming a group with a minimum of three participants. After that, the organizers will contact you to select a date convenient for the trainer and all participants. Please note that the course payment must be made in full within three days after the date of the training is set. If, for any reason, you are unable to participate in the training, please write to info@itrainsec.com, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.

 

However, in general, the following cancellation policies apply:

 

• If the cancellation occurs one month before the training: a 75% refund will be provided.

• If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 21 days before the training: a 50% refund will be provided.

• If the cancellation occurs between 21 and 14 days before the training: a 25% refund will be provided.

• If the cancellation occurs between 14 days and the training start date: no refund will be provided (0% refund).

Refunds are issued in the original payment method.
