This debut event by exhale global invites you to begin a healthier relationship with tech that frees up space in your routine for more nourishing relationships with yourself and others.

Designed for you if:

  • you feel at risk of digital burnout
  • you want to switch off more, know it will be hard
  • you rarely plan to or can switch off during personal time
  • you know your relationships would be better with less tech
  • you're convinced you'll miss out or the world will end if you spent more time offline
  • you're keen to reconnect with the people closest to you, but aren't sure where to start
  • you have or are experiencing digital overwhelm – but STILL can't put the phone away

You'll be invited to participate in optional breakout/small group sessions as part of this event.
